We undertake a full briefing process before drawing up a quotation and schedule for you.
We have three managing editors who are each responsible for particular series or types of publication. Every job is assigned its own project editor, who will be your contact for the project and will manage the title through the entire process from commissioning authors, subject specialists, photographers, illustrators, designers and cartographers, to providing a full editorial and proofreading service. The project editors can provide full progress reporting, whether as weekly or monthly updates, or via approval at various proof stages.
Our editors are supported by a specially selected team of editorial freelancers, but unlike most packagers we also have our own team of in-house readers. They ensure that all amendments have been implemented correctly, and that final proofs are letter and pixel perfect.
All typesetting is done in-house by vastly experienced staff – nothing is outsourced to low-cost operations.
We can supply files as PDFs or in any other format as required by your printer.
